In Ballycrochan we are a church of Christian believers made up of ordinary people from all age groups, backgrounds and walks of life with one great thing in common – a faith that is grounded in God's word, the Bible, and our trust in the Lord Jesus Christ.
We want to lead people to Jesus Christ and show them that He is very much alive and at work in the lives of normal, imperfect, ordinary people like us.
Every week there are lots of different activities taking place and we place teaching the Bible at the very heart of everything that we do.
We'd love to have you join us this Sunday, so why not come along to find out more! Our church is family friendly and you'll enjoy a warm welcome, as well as a time of worship and teaching from the Bible.
Ballycrochan Baptist Church is part of the Association of Baptist Churches in Ireland – a group of 117 Baptist churches across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, working and fellowshipping together in evangelism, training and caring ministries.
Our church was officially opened in 1983 when Derek Hutchinson was appointed as the first Pastor. God has blessed our fellowship over the years through the ministry of various pastors and we look forward to many more years of sharing God's love in the local community.
Our current pastor Neil Watson, joined us in September 2018, having previously served in Antrim Baptist for 12 years and Bloomfield Baptist, Belfast, for 10 years.
